
This 10-part course goes in-depth to help nurture happiness and health on every level, whether that be in your relationship with God, with yourself, with others, with your body, or with your circumstances. Each course contains practicable tools, including guided meditation, scripture and General Conference references, and practicable metaphors that help our beautiful brains more clearly comprehend principles and ideas in a more tangible way.
This course is meant to be transformative and experiential, so I recommend listening to each part of the course with a piece of paper and pen handy. If you're participating in the guided meditation parts, please do so where you can focus; these parts are more effective when they are practiced as you would any other meditation.
